BENCH
My thought processes are most prolific when I am waiting, waiting in mundane environments, waiting for people, buses, my hair to dry, my dinner to cook, queuing, queuing always queuing and waiting for my real life to begin. Bench is a way to record these moments, this waste of time, my small revolt against time and the non-places that occupy my life.
Bench will be performed at the National Review of Live Art, 9th February 08, Tramway, Glasgow.
Bench was originally performed as part of the Spinach Outdoor Exhibition in Stockbridge, Edinburgh, July 2006.
